Practice Management and Online Booking Systems
Verde Naturopathy uses third-party digital services to assist with practice management, appointments, communications, payments and related administrative functions.
Verde Naturopathy uses SimpleClinic as its practice management system. SimpleClinic is a cloud-based Australian practice management platform used to manage information such as appointments, client records, clinical notes, forms, prescriptions, invoices and communications.
SimpleClinic states that its data is secured in Australia and that sensitive information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. SimpleClinic may also use third-party service providers and integrations to provide functions such as payments, email, SMS, accounting and calendar services.
Appointments provided at Mead Medical may be booked using HotDoc. HotDoc collects and processes information required to facilitate appointments and related services. HotDoc states that personal information is hosted and stored on Australian servers.
These third-party providers maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.
Storage and Security
Verde Naturopathy takes reasonable steps to protect personal and health information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Information may be stored electronically using secure practice management, cloud-based and other digital service providers.
