What can naturopathy help with?
I support a wide range of health concerns, with a particular interest in women’s health, hormones, digestive health, fatigue, immunity, metabolic health and mental wellbeing. You don’t need a specific diagnosis – sometimes you just know you’re not feeling your best.
How do I know if Naturopathy is what I need?

How many appointments will I need?
This varies depending on your health concerns, goals and individual circumstances. After your initial consultation, I’ll explain what I recommend in terms of follow-up so you know what to expect.
What are your fees?
Initial consult (45-60min) = $215
Follow-up consult (allow 30min) = $105
Express/acute consult (20 min – existing clients only) = $75
If it has been longer than 18 months since your previous visit, please book an initial consult to allow ample time to cover your recent health history.
Consult fees do not include prescribed supplements/remedies or testing.
Do you offer discounts for children, students and seniors?
Yes! Children 16 & under receive a 25% discount. Students, seniors and concession card holders receive a 10% discount.
Do you offer private health insurance rebates?
Not currently BUT soon you will be able to claim rebates for naturopathy again! We are anticipating health funds to start offering rebates sometime in early 2027. Some health funds are offering rebates now – it may be worth checking with your fund to see if they can help.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. At least 24 hours notice is required to change/cancel appointments. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window, a 50% fee may apply. No shows incur 100% of the consult fee.
